Our Commitment to Quality
Endoscope Services stands behind the quality of our workmanship. We provide a comprehensive warranty on all our repairs and refurbished equipment sales to ensure your peace of mind. Our warranties reflect confidence in our technicians' skills and in the parts we use — we only use quality replacement components that meet or exceed original manufacturer specifications.
90-Day Repair Warranty
All repaired parts and labor are guaranteed free of defects for a period of 90 days from the date of return shipment. This covers the specific repair carried out — if the same fault recurs within 90 days as a direct result of our repair work, we will correct it at no charge including return freight. This warranty applies to all endoscope types including colonoscopes, gastroscopes, bronchoscopes, and surgical power tools.
8-Month Refurbished Warranty
All certified refurbished flexible endoscopes sold by us come with a comprehensive 8-month warranty covering both parts and labor. This is significantly longer than the industry standard for pre-owned medical equipment and reflects the thoroughness of our refurbishment process. The warranty begins on the date of delivery to your facility.
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not entirely satisfied with the repair within the first 7 days, we will re-evaluate and correct the issue at no additional cost. This guarantee covers functional concerns — if performance does not meet your expectations following a repair, contact us immediately and we will arrange collection and re-assessment without delay.
What's Covered vs. What's Excluded
| ✅ Covered | ❌ Not Covered |
|---|---|
| Recurrence of the repaired fault | New faults unrelated to original repair |
| Parts replaced during repair | Damage from improper handling or dropping |
| Labor for warranty re-work | Damage from skipped leak tests or water ingress |
| Return freight for valid warranty claims | Normal wear and tear from clinical use |
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us promptly: Call or email as soon as you notice a problem. Providing early notice allows us to assess the issue before it potentially worsens.
- Describe the fault: Have the original repair job number (from your invoice), scope model and serial number, and a description of the symptoms or fault observed.
- Return the scope: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for valid warranty claims. Pack the scope safely using the original transport case or an approved endoscope bag.
- Assessment and re-work: Upon receipt, our technicians will assess the scope. If the fault falls within the warranty terms, re-work and return will be completed at no charge.
Our goal is to resolve warranty issues quickly — most warranty re-works are turned around within 3–5 business days.
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage resulting from improper handling, dropping, or misuse.
- Damage caused by improper reprocessing, cleaning, or sterilization techniques.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repair attempts after our service.
- Normal wear and tear from standard clinical use.
If you experience any issues with a repaired scope or refurbished equipment, please contact us immediately so we can arrange an evaluation.
